SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times typically take 7-14 days after your order is processed. Please note custom made products require a production time ahead of the shipping times. This time varies per product, please check each product page to see what this time is.

Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. There are no customs and duty fees associated with our shipments. No additional fees are incurred in transit.

If you do not accept your package from Elhouma no refund will be issued. This is because refused packages are returned to a default carrier address. As a result, we do not receive the item and cannot process any refund.

Our current processing time is about 4-6 weeks.
